Checklist

Once you have decided that you would like to take part in one of our projects, please make sure that you complete the following checklist:

Read all of the information available on our website with any relevance to your project (see table 1 below)
  1. Contact a member of Experience MexECO staff via E-mail to let us know your project of interest, along with the time of year in which you wish to travel, and the approximate length of time you plan to stay.
  2. Download all of the documents available from our website that are relevant to your project (see table 2 below)
  3. Research travel insurance companies and flights available to you
  4. Complete the Experience MexECO pre-departure questionnaire (including the names of two referees)
  5. Confirm your project with Experience MexECO
  6. Purchase flights and travel insurance
  7. Inform Experience MexECO of your arrival and departure dates and times
  8. Maintain contact with Experience MexECO leading up to the start of your project via E-mail.
